Homecoming week, February 11-17, is packed full of events sure to entertain
all Patriot fans. Mason Families can enjoy a special weekend visiting with
their student with plenty of activities and school spirit. Everyone be on
the look out for new and exciting additions to the Homecoming celebration.
This year’s homecoming festivities will be something for everyone to
remember…SHOW YOUR MASON SPIRIT!
This year, the
Office of Orientation and Family Programs and Services, Alumni Affairs, and
Student Activities are collaborating together to sponsor the 3rd Annual
Mason Family Friendly Area during the Homecoming Block Party.
The area is designed to give young children a place to enjoy homecoming and
participate in activities just for kids.
The Mason Family Friendly Area will include: interactive games, a giant
moonbounce, arts and crafts, face painting, carnival games, spirit tattoos,
the best dressed Lil' Patriot contest, a kids spirit poster competition, a
spectacular fireworks display after the basketball game, martial arts
demonstrations…and much, much, more.
You can top off
your evening, with purchasing tickets to the Homecoming basketball game, in
which our Mason Patriots will be playing
in the ESPN Bracketbusters. For more information about purchasing tickets,
