We have a lot of fun, interactive activities planned for #MasonSibsKids19! Encourage your Mason student to register their guests ages 6-18 for Sibs & Kids Weekend. The deadline to register online is this Sunday, April 14. To register, visit masonfamilyevents.gmu.edu.
Here are a few reasons your student and their guests don’t want to miss out on Sibs & Kids Weekend:
- Scavenger Hunt: Do your Mason student and their guests have a competitive spirit? If so, they should participate in the Sibs & Kids scavenger hunt. Students and their guests will race around campus in hopes of winning a prize!
- Patriot Pride Palooza:Your Mason student and their guests can come show off their Patriot Pride and learn about Mason traditions through various activities such as giant Jenga, corn hole, music and more. For our more competitive sibs and kids, there will be a sac race and an egg race. You also tie-dye your Sibs & Kids Weekend shirt with Off-Campus Student Services!
- Hub Takeover: There’s something for everyone at this fun-filled event! Sibs & Kids Weekend participants will takeover the Hub at a variety of events including roller skating with music and glow-in-the-dark accessories, arts and crafts, video games, and Sibs & Kids Olympics to test the best #MasonSibsKids19!
- Breakfast with the Patriot: While Sibs & Kids Weekend is designed to provide Mason students and their guests with an opportunity to connect and share life at Mason, we encourage the whole family to join us for breakfast on Sunday, April 28 from 10:30 a.m.-noon at Ike’s. Breakfast is free for Sibs & Kids Weekend participants. Parents and adult family members can purchase breakfast tickets in advance online for $8 or on site for $9. All family members 12 and under are free with a paying adult. You will also have an opportunity to play games for a chance to win some signature Mason spirit gear!
