This summer, we are partnering with Admissions to host virtual Mason Meet-Ups to cultivate Mason spirit and celebrate our new #MasonBound students and their families! The purpose of these events is to introduce you and your student to members of the Mason community in the area where you live.
Mason Meet-Ups are regionally-based virtual events specifically for incoming students and their families. These events are hosted by current students, family members, alumni, and university staff members. During the Mason Meet-Up, your family will engage in virtual programming, brain-stumping Mason trivia, and real-time, fun-filled competitions.
Visit masonfamily.gmu.edu/summer to register for a Mason Meet-Up in your region. When completing the registration form, please ensure your Mason student’s name and email address are listed. If you do not see your exact region listed, please choose the one closest to you.
After you register, prepare for your Mason Meet-Up by showing off your Patriot pride with a customized virtual background! Scroll to the bottom of the registration page to select and download a virtual background. There are student and family options available.
