Save the Date- Siblings Weekend 2015

WP Siblings Weekend

On April 18-19, we are inviting Mason siblings ages 6-18 to campus to join us for Mason’s fourth annual Siblings Weekend! Siblings Weekend is a great opportunity for siblings to spend quality time with their Mason student and also experience life on campus.

Saturday, April 18 will be a day full of exciting activities that includes a movie night, sports and recreation opportunities, a mystery game, Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, and so much more! Siblings ages 12-18 are invited to stay overnight in their Mason student’s residence hall on Saturday night. For siblings ages 6-11 we encourage families to arrange alternative overnight accommodations.  All family members are invited to join us Sunday, April 19 for brunch with the Patriot on campus! Family members not registered as Siblings Weekend participants will be charged a small fee to attend brunch.

If your student and his/her sibling want to get in on the fun early, encourage them to participate in our social media contest. By recreating a childhood photo and submitting it on either Facebook or Instagram using #MasonSib, your students will be entered in a drawing for a free Siblings Weekend registration! All photos submitted by February 2 will be considered for the drawing.

Registration will launch during the first week of February. For more information about events, registration and restrictions, please visit https://masonfamily.gmu.edu. We will also post regular updates about the weekend’s events on our George Mason Family Association Facebook page.
