Mason’s Career Readiness Conference

If your student has an internship lined up for the summer, this conference is for them! The Mason Career Readiness Conference will prepare students to excel in their internship experiences through panel discussions, workshops, industry roundtables, and technical demonstrations.

The conference will take place on the Fairfax campus on Monday, May 22 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes a number of sessions designed to help students develop the skills necessary to being successful throughout an internship. Sessions include:

  • Effective Presentation Skills
  • Becoming a Concise Communicator
  • Taking the Lead
  • Navigating Conflict in the Workplace
  • What Would You Do? Diversity in the Workplace
